Experiencing Grief or Loss can have a profound and lasting effect on the mind and body. It can be physical pain, disruption of sleep, mood swings, and extreme bouts of sadness.

There is no set timetable for grief. You may start to feel better in 6 to 8 weeks, or it may take longer, this is no reflection on the depth of a person’s grief, just their ability to manage it. You may start to feel better in small ways, it becomes a little easier to get up in the morning, or maybe you’ll have more energy. Like anything grief recover is a process, and takes effort and commitment.
