Postnatal Care can help your physical and mental health, as well as provide guidance navigating the postnatal period.

Regular deep stomach muscle exercises can help restore your stomach to pre-pregnancy shape, and pelvic floor muscle exercises strengthen the muscles around your bladder, vagina and bottom.

1-on-1 guided classes designed to support Prenatal Care, Postnatal (Postpartum) Recovery and the emotional transition to motherhood. Yoga has been shown to decrease the risk of postpartum depression, help balance your energy, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress and anxiety.

These classes will address the physical and emotional challenges many new mothers face, you are definitely going to need some time to focus on you, and your growing bond with your new baby. Enjoy the ongoing and unconditional support you need.
