No yoga experience is required.
All sessions are online, via a Secure, Live Video platform.

Unsure of which way to go, and would like to try an introductory session, just select ‘Introduction to Yoga Therapy‘ or ‘Introduction to Mindfulness + Breathwork‘ for your Free, no commitment, first session when Requesting your Appointment.

We base our services on mutual respect, if you can’t make an appointment please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy.
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.

  • Our sessions are 45-60 minutes in duration.
  • Intake documents are emailed when your appointment request is approved by the Provider, please complete before your session begins.
  • A valid credit card is needed to schedule (to prevent spam appointment bookings).
  • We only charge your card after the session is completed, not before.
  • Cancellations need to be received 24 hours before to session start time. If sessions are not cancelled 24 hours prior, you will be charged for the appointment.

Credit Card  / Payment

We collect credit card details when an appointment request is scheduled, this is to validate appointments only, you will not be charged until after your scheduled appointment.

Payment for your session is taken from your given credit card ‘after’ your session is completed. If there is any issue with your session, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation: connect@join-emma.com

Initial Appointment

  • Once you have scheduled your online Emma Yoga Therapy Appointment, we will send an email confirmation with the date and time of your appointment, as well as an appointment reminder, either text or email, with the link to join the secure, video sesion.
  • You’ll also receive some health history forms that you can complete and click send before your first session.
  • All sessions are 45 – 60 minutes (the length of most yoga classes).
  • For new clients, we recommend meeting weekly to see maximum results. Once you have settled into a care plan, you can discuss with your therapist a lesser or more intense schedule.

For your online session

  • Please be on time.
  • Please use high-speed Internet.
  • Phones and tablets can work for the session, but a laptop is best so that you have a good view of your provider.
  • We don’t mind pets barging in, but please try and clear you schedule for the whole appointment to get the best results.
  • If you have a yoga mat, keep it handy, but carpet also works just fine. If you own yoga props like blocks and blankets, have those available, too. If you do not, grab a pillow and blanket.
