Trauma-informed Yoga is a compassionate, gentle and effective therapy uniquely focused to help Trauma Survivors heal the imprint left on their mind, body and soul by a traumatic event or experience. Once a week or once a month, you will start feeling the benefits immediately.

Trauma Survivors may continue to feel scared and anxious long after the event has passed; constantly tired, stressed, angry, emotionally numb, these are all common but can be lasting symptoms if not addressed.
Trauma-informed yoga is a gentle therapeutic approach, with an emphasis on understanding how the traumatic experience has impacted an individual’s mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
