Breathe. Taking conscious control of your breathing can interrupt and redirect the flow of your emotions.
Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice because it physically pulls your consciousness to the present moment, in a safe, supported environment. You will focus on the release and processing of feelings that may have been repressed or stored, and held in the body, resulting in emotional and/or physical pain.
If you are experiencing emotional heaviness or pain, Mindful Breathwork can be incredibly powerful in releasing held patterns of ptsd, fear, shame, anger, emotional blockages, stress and anxiety.
