Preparing for your first session:

  • Find a quiet space, so you can focus completely on you
  • Our fur-babies are welcome, as long as you can still focus on you
  • Find a mat, rug or cushion, something comfortable to sit on
  • Ready your device, laptop, device or smartphone, ready to join your session
  • 1 click to join your live video appointment

Remember this is your time, your Provider is here to support and empower you to achieve your goals, and guide your progress toward mind body well-being.

Your first session

Each Yoga Therapist has their own style of interaction, there will be a conversation designed to discover your concerns, issues, goals and what you’d like to achieve with your sessions. If you don’t really know, don’t worry, this is a safe space to explore and address your individual needs as they surface.

Your Yoga Therapist will create a personalized program, this may include talk therapy, yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditations, as well as the application of yogic principles such as gratitude, self-care and healing.

In these stressful times, having a regular yoga therapy practice can be an invaluable way to cultivate wellbeing. And it doesn’t have to take a lot of time, once a week, or once a month, will help you relax your mind, strengthen your body and lift your spirits.

  • Our sessions are 45-60 minutes in duration.
  • Intake documents are emailed when your appointment request is approved by the Provider, please complete before your session begins.
  • A valid credit card is needed to schedule (to prevent spam appointment bookings).
  • We only charge your card after the session is completed, not before.
  • Cancellations need to be received 24 hours before to session start time. If sessions are not cancelled 24 hours prior, you will be charged for the appointment.

We base our services on mutual respect, if you can’t make an appointment please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy.
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
