I was introduced to yoga at a pivotal moment in life, as a troubled, depressed and anxious teenager trying to cope with the stress of survival.

Expect to receive and apply yogic practices and principles geared towards your needs in a calm and relaxing environment. We will set goals, overcome obstacles, reach those goals while promoting health and well-being.
PRE/POSTNATAL YOGA. TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA. MINDFULNESS + BREATHWORK.
She works 1:1 with individuals to teach yoga, breathwork, and meditation techniques to support mental health for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
