Reset Stress with Mindfulness + Breathwork

Stress reset is about giving ourselves short periods of relief to reduce our body’s stress responses. This can include using breathing exercises, calming techniques, or guided meditation when you’re feeling mentally or physically exhausted.

Mindfulness and breathwork will teach you how to build the relaxation response to stress. In contrast to the stress response, the relaxation response slows the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and decreases oxygen consumption and levels of stress hormones.

A common side effect of stress is that you may struggle will falling asleep, or going back to sleep when you wake in the middle of the night. A lack of sleep will add to your stress level and cause a cycle of stress and sleeplessness. Engaging in a regular practice of Mindfulness and Breathwork will have a noticeable impact on your daily stress levels and responses, as well as a number of health benefits, including
